Michelle Stanger

Michelle is a yoga instructor based in Longmont, CO and is very grateful she is able to share yoga with others. She is a lively spirit who enjoys laughing and making the best out of every situation. Her teaching principle is to serve her students by sharing her knowledge, resources and journey with them to aid in their growth on and off the mat. Being described as “compassionate,” “caring,” “devoted,” and “honest,” you will find her classes to be filled with the same characteristics. Michelle loves to explore new styles of yoga but still remains in love with the Eastern essence of yoga. She applies her continued learning to her own journey of self-study and she enjoys bringing this journey into her classes.

Along with being a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, is Editor at, is married and the mother of two inspiring souls. She is enjoying the lessons learned from her family while balancing life as a practicing yogini.
