Rachel started her yoga journey just 2 years ago after completing her first Instagram Yoga Challenge.
She immediately fell in love with yoga and discovered how much it helped her cope with her anxiety and depression.
Rachel completed her 200YTT in March of 2015 and began teaching Restorative/Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Pain Relief and Kids Yoga.
She quickly quit her full time job to pursue Yoga full time.She completed Kids Teacher Training with Radiant Beginnings Yoga.
Rachel currently assists in running Yoga Rocks the Park and Friday Night Yoga Club.
She is also an ambassador for Colorado Threads, WAYmat, Pogamat & The StapletOM Festival!
Her interests include anything outdoors, gardening with her kids and crafting every chance she gets.
